What is Belly Power®?
A combination of belly dance and fitness training
Belly Power® is a training developed by Yamina herself. As an experienced dancer and choreographer, she is convinced of the necessity of a good physical condition. Since 2010 Yamina is a certified aerobic professor, she combines the principles of aerobic with bellydance. The result is intensive training lessons in which you rehearse your belly dance technique, coordination, dance memory and use of space. Depending on which level you choose (Belly Power® I or II), every week you learn new combinations and a new choreography. Belly Power®-lessons are challenging, instructive and fun!
